Never recieved any of my food

Had asked for steak well-done, meat was undercooked and red, had to put into air fryer to cook properly. Also asked for steak to put into separate container, but came in same container as chips & sides, chips etc were really soggy as steak was thrown in top, not drained & juices made everything soggy & unpleasant Not impressed wirh what is a near £20 single meal

Collection was meant to be 7pm, food wasn't ready until 7.25pm and the drinks I paid for wasn't in the collection order. Didn't have time to go back and ask as was already late for the rugby!

The food was perfect the pick up time was bang on and the service was amazing.

Catfish bites were tiny, hot dog okay but burger was awful. Not eaten from here in a while and was definitely not as good as it used to be

I normally get the ribs, but this time decided to get the Dixie fish & chips, my husband’s ribs looked amazing, meat falling off the bones. My fish was so disappointing as half of it was undercooked and had to be binned. Will just stick to the ribs in future

I have been traveling from Summerston for years now as the food and service is so good.

Food delivered very quickly was hot and I enjoyed it!

I ordered my delivery for 6.30pm and it arrived at 5.46 before my kids had returned home. Unfortunately their food was cold and had to be reheated.

Excellent friendly service and food order was ready within 10 mins. Every care and attention was taken into preparing the tasty burgers and chips. Thank you. You never let me down with your food.

I'm confused by the fact that my burger AND the hotdog had no sauce in them? It meant they were quite dry and much less tasty. A shame.

Shrimps had to much shell left on, everything else was fine

Appalling service from the manager, the delivery driver was extremely rude, my order was pizza and chip but the chips didn't come, the delivery driver didn't have any change either.
